Walking In Silence... An Active Meditation!

During the walking workshop you will focus on breathing and footsteps and experiencing quietness in the body, observing thoughts and emotions and listening to the wisdom of the body's intelligence!

Being away from the noise and being in the presence of stillness allows you to pay attention to your body and its actions and get to know yourself, your true self, hidden deep under all your thoughts, judgements and fears!  It's an opportunity to become aware of the denials you have about accepting yourself as you truely are, and become a free and loving light energy beings!

A walking meditation is to enjoy walking alone or together in a group, quietly in a beautiful place, walking just for the walk, not to get to a destination!  The purpose is to be present in each moment being aware of your breathing and your walking, to enjoy each step...not thinking and worrying about the past or future...NOW everything is ok!  As you take each step you imprint your energy onto the earth.
