The preparation of food, gives you a wonderful opportunity to train yourselfs to only observe, to focus without any judgement, without naming, to allow things to be as they are, being no problem now, it is just as it is.

Allow your intuitions the free-flow in the kitchen and remember that the most important ingredient is LOVE and if purposfully infused, by the laying of your hand and is transfered to the food.
